Customer:
Hi, I have a group visit to plan, and I wonder whether you could help me decide on which hotel to book.
Customer:
I have narrowed it down to either the Winchester, the Royal Hotel, or the Star Hotel.
Customer:
I am wondering if you have a recommendation.
Agent:
I would be happy to help! Those three are excellent choices.

Agent:
