Because the pandemic situation is improving, HCM City will temporarily close four COVID-19 field hospitals
 beginning January 19. The four are Field Hospitals No. 3 and 10 in Thu Duc City, Field Hospital No. 5 in District 5, and Cu Chi Field Hospital.
Because only around 30% of beds are presently being utilized
 to treat COVID patients, the Department of Health
 decided to shut them until further notice
 in order to "allow medical professionals
 time to recover their health." Staff will be transported back to their usual medical facilities, and patients who need care after January 19 will be relocated to other hospitals
.
These are certainly indicators of the city's return to normalcy
